We can see Bullseye making an appearance in the trailer of Daredevil: Born Again, however, what should be noticed is the fact that he is walking. As we know in Daredevil season 3 Bullseye was left paralysed by Fisk and it was also shown in the final scenes that he was going for an experimental spinal surgery. Hinting at Bullseye’s possible recovery fans can speculate his return but also tieng to a larger MCU narrative.
