Steve Trevor’s death in Wonder Woman showed how much he was willing to sacrifice for the greater good. He flew a plane full of explosives into the sky to save thousands of lives and left Diana heartbroken. His final moments with her were emotional as he admitted his feelings and told her to keep fighting for what she believed in. Steve was important to the story because he helped Diana understand humanity and gave her the courage to stand up for what was right. His death shaped her future and left a mark on her character that lasted beyond the film.
