Deception and tracheary have always been a part of stories based on mob stars. Based on the novel The Ice Harvest by Scott Philips, this movie slowly reveals the mystery behind the graffiti “As Wichita falls, so falls Wichita Falls”.

It’s Christmas Eve and instead of indulging in the gala atmosphere Charlie Arglist and Vic Cavanaugh are planning to run out of town after stealing from their boss Bill Guerrard.
