9) Cory Monteith:

Cory Monteith was the breakout star of the musical comedy Glee on the Fox. He was found dead inside a Vancouver, Canada hotel room on July 13, 2013. His death occurred at the time between the fourth and fifth seasons of the show. It was ascertained through the investigation that his death was the result of a lethal overdose of heroin and alcohol, with no signs of foul play. Monteith was 31 years old at the time of his death.
