Raw is directed by Julia Ducornau who is known for using unique themes in her movies. This disturbing movie follows Justine, a vegetarian, who is in her first year of veterinary school. During her initiation process, she is forced to eat raw rabbit kidneys. This particular event triggers a new craving for her as she develops a taste for human flesh.
The film is filled with gory scenes, providing a terrifying look at cannibalism. It is one of those disturbing movies that are known to make the viewers sick. During the premiere of the movie, it was reported that emergency services were called upon for the audience as they started to throw up and feel sick.
3) Man Bites Dog

The 1992 French-Belgian mockumentary film, Man Bites Dog tells the story of a camera crew who follow a serial killer, played by Benoit Poilvoorde, and documents his criminal activities.

Salò, or The 120 Days of Sodom is regarded as one of the most controversial movies. The film follows four libertines and fascists who kidnap 18 teenage girls and boys and inflict physical, s*xual, and psychological torture on them for 120 days.
Directed by Pier Paolo Pasolini, the film depicts the sadistic torture subjected to children, making it one of the most disturbing movies and is unwatchable.
7) Saw III

This horror film is the third one in the Saw film series and follows John Kramer, also known as Jigsaw killer as he finds his new victims to torture and complete his game. This movie was the highest-grossing in the Saw film franchise and was a hit among fans.
