Aaron visits the hospital to check on Mack. He tells Mack and Charity that John claimed he had nothing to do with the bull incident, but they don’t believe it.

Lydia tries to tell Kim about Rose and Will getting together, but Kim doesn’t want to hear it. Kim says she knows Rose tried hitting on Will, but he said nothing happened, and she believes him.

Arthur sees Jai enter The Hide and tells him to stay away from Laurel. Arthur warns Jai to come back by the end of the day with something concrete about the divorce, or he’ll ring Priya to check if she knows what Jai has been doing.

Emmerdale tonight: Jimmy and Will make up

Jimmy tells Caleb that he’s changed his mind and doesn’t want to sell his shares of the haulage company after all. Jimmy admits to Will that he considered selling. Will and Jimmy patch things up, and then Will wonders if he should come clean with Kim about getting together with Rose. Jimmy advises Will to keep his mouth shut and just pray that she never finds out.

Tracy and Nate are getting along fine until he gets a phone call and has to leave. Tracy later tells Gabby that she thinks he’s moved on.

Aaron and Moira see Charity bringing Mack home, and Charity is irritated with both of them. John shows up, and Charity and Mack lay into him about the bull. John still insists he had nothing to do with it. Moira suggests that it might have been her.

Meanwhile, Victoria joins the conversation as everyone argues about Aaron’s crush on John, suspecting he is biased towards him now. Victoria assumes they know about the pair hooking up and announces that she walked in on them fooling around the day before.

Back at the farm, John tells Moira he’ll work for her until she finds a replacement, but he can’t be around Mack anymore.

Emmerdale tonight: Caleb tries to bring out the worst in Jai

Caleb tries to get more money out of Jai. He tells him that expanding the warehouse would require more funds and says this time, Jai has to contribute. Jai tells Caleb that he doesn't have any money, but Caleb suggests that Jai should pressure Laurel to maximize her divorce settlement.

At The Hide, Victoria apologizes to John for telling everyone about catching him and Aaron. Aaron arrives, and he and John tell Victoria to mind her own business. Victoria is upset when John announces that Moira has ended his contract at the farm and that he will be leaving town.

Mack and Charity discuss Aaron, and Mack realizes he owes his friend an apology. He tracks him down at home and tells him that he is sorry. Aaron isn’t pleased when Mack makes disparaging comments about John. Mack assures Aaron he won’t cause problems for John and Aaron.

After Mack leaves, John walks out of the bedroom. He comments that Mack doesn’t like him, but Aaron says what Mack doesn’t know won’t hurt him, and then he and John kiss.

Emmerdale tonight: Jai has a surprise for Laurel

Jai walks into Laurel’s home and tells Arthur that he was right. Jai says he wants things to be amicable with all of them and that life is too short to be arguing about money and houses. Jai admits it spooked him earlier to see Arthur acting like him. He implores Arthur not to become like him, saying, “You might not be my real son, but it feels like you are. The game-playing stops here.” Laurel comes home, and Jai hands her an envelope. He announces that he will not be contesting the house, and he puts it in writing.

Jimmy and Will try to figure out who could have sent the roses with the message. Will watches Lydia talk on the phone and wonders if it could be her. Will notes that Lydia has been making odd comments and giving him funny looks. Just then, Will’s phone dings. He looks at the text message, which reads, “I’M GOING TO MAKE YOU PAY.”
