Welcome to the Days of our Lives Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What Happened on Days of our Lives

Sarah's lies just keep getting dumber and dumber, as is her reason for lying. Having a second forged letter regarding one will duping the same man in the course of a year was stupid enough. The not-so-amusing comedy of errors during this story is even more ridiculous. Sarah doesn't want Xander to learn she lied for fear that it would blow up her marriage. However, she doesn't seem to have much of a problem telling even more lies to cover up for her first set of lies, which is always how these things go. The cover-up is worse than the crime, right? Except Sarah is not the one who committed the initial crime. That was Philip. Now, everything has spiraled so far that Stephanie is having completely bizarre dreams that Sarah was sleeping with Alex. (WHAT?!?!?) Plus, Alex is lying to his cousin when he already knows what it feels like to be duped by a forged letter related to Victor's will. Why are Stephanie and Alex even going along with this mess at this point when it doesn't really benefit either one of them? With Alex, Xander, and Philip going in for the proverbial kill with DiMera Enterprises and Vivian returning, hopefully, this headache-inducing mess all ends sometime soon. After all, it was Vivian's devious mind that put this whole thing in motion to begin with. Maybe her return means we can finally move on to brand-new storylines that make much more sense.
