Welcome to the Days of our Lives Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What happened on Days of our Lives

Half of Jada's problems could be solved if she only had her own place to live. How is it that Port Charles' police commissioner Anna can afford a big, snazzy apartment, but Salem's police commissioner keeps landing on people's couches? Even when Jada first came to town with a good job, she rented a room above The Brady Pub. Then, she moved in with Rafe. When FakeRafe (Arnold Finegar) dumped her, Jada moved in with Stephanie. Then, when RealRafe returned, she moved back in with Rafe. When Rafe kicked her out again, she ended up drunk on Shawn's couch because Shawn didn't have a home to take her back to. Because Jada doesn't have her own home, and we need to know why. If Jada had her own place, her blouse wouldn't have ended up in Shawn's couch cushions, Rafe wouldn't have jumped to the wrong conclusions and ended up in bed with Sami. However, we do have to say something for honesty: When Rafe slept with Sami when he was engaged to Hope, he kept it a secret — a secret Claire revealed on his wedding day. At least it's all out there in the open, which is a departure for a soap opera, but it could help give both Rafe and Jada a fresh start, either apart or together. That fresh start would be much easier on Jada if she only had her own place to go home to at night.
