Daytime royalty to attend Greta's coronation

Beginning February 5, Days of our Lives will trot out no less than ten former soap stars -- several of them Emmy winners -- during the coronation of Princess Greta Von Amberg (played by Julianne Morris). Despite some behind the scenes shuffling -- most notably the decision by Victoria Wyndham not to appear during the special week of festivities -- the coronation will go on.

Lesley-Anne Down (ex-Olivia, Sunset Beach) takes on the role of Lady Sheraton, formerly scheduled to be played by Wyndham. Ian Buchanan will play Lord Sheraton. Both begin airing on February 5th.

Dorothy Lyman (ex-Opal Purdy, AMC; ex Bonnie Roberts, B&B) and Tyler Christopher (ex-Nikolas Cassadine, GH) appear as Contessa Dorothea and Signore Christofero starting February 6th.

On February 7, Bobbie Eakes (ex-Macy Alexander, B&B) and John Reilly (ex-Sean Donely, GH; ex-Del Douglas, SunB).join the event as Marchioness and Marquis LaCienega.

Roscoe Born (ex-Jim Thomasen, All My Children; ex-Nick Rivers, The City; ex-Robert Barr/Quinn Armitage, Santa Barbara), Kathleen Noone (ex-Ellen Chandler, AMC; ex Bette Katzenkazrahi, Sunset Beach) join the fray on February 8th as Baron Coe and Dame Witty.

And finally, on February 9th, Maeve Kinkead (ex-Vanessa Reardon, Guiding Light) and David Forsyth (ex-Jim Thomasen #2, AMC) appear as The Countess and The Count.
