What to expect on Days of our Lives

Andrew Donovan (Colton Little) is back on the scene this week as Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Marlena (Deidre Hall) meet up with him during their search for John (Drake Hogestyn). The only information they could learn from Andrew's dad Shane (Charles Shaughnessy) was that John's last known location was Estonia. However, Andrew has more to tell them.

He informs Steve and Marlena that he knows more about John's disappearance than he has been letting on and has been lying to Paul (Christopher Sean) about it. Not only that, but John is also in more danger than they believed and time is running out to save him. Will Steve and Marlena (with Andrew helping) succeed?

Xander's blunder

Xander (Paul Telfer) is now convinced that Stephanie (Abigail Klein) and Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) are having an affair and he can't wait to tell his new pal Alex (Robert Scott Wilson). Stephanie is stunned when Alex confronts her. She denies the accusations but Philip doesn't help the situation because he would love for Alex and Stephanie to call it quits.

Will Stephanie end up telling Alex the truth about the letter to save her relationship or will she keep Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) and Philip's confidence and risk losing the man she has fallen for? Sarah has begged her to keep this secret to herself but telling Alex isn't the same as telling Xander, right?

Tate's big mouth

Tate (Leo Howard) really ruins things for himself this time when he decides that Doug III (Peyton Meyer) must pay for stealing Julie's (Susan Seaforth Hayes) necklace, so he rats Doug out. When Holly (Ashley Puzemis)learns what Tate did, she is furious and immediately warns Doug that there's a problem headed his way. She also doesn't have many kind words to say about her boyfriend.

Julie is clearly devastated when she learns the truth. She had taken Doug III into her heart and home and truly trusted the young man. She had another Doug in her life when she had been so lonely without her beloved husband. Doug has been burdened by enormous guilt ever since he got to know Julie. Can he convince her of his true remorse before he needs to find a new place to live?
