What to expect on Days of our Lives

Chanel (Raven Bowens) is on cloud nine thinking that she and Johnny (Carson Boatman) are going to be parents, but Johnny drops a bombshell on his wife. He doesn't think he can go through with the adoption. Chanel is beside herself and can't understand what is going on with her husband.

Tate (Leo Howard) is furious at Johnny for getting his and Sophia's (Rachel Boyd) hopes up. He makes his feelings clear when he decks Johnny, but what is behind this sudden change of heart?

EJ remembers...

EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) is doing everything he can to turn over a new leaf and remember what happened the night he was shot. With Susan's (Stacy Haiduk) prodding, he flashes back to that night and is shocked by what he sees.

Johnny is standing there with a gun. Is EJ remembering right or did something else even more shocking happen? Surely, Johnny did not try to kill his own father?

Bo Brady is dying

Shawn (Brandon Beemer) is shocked when Hope (Kristian Alfonso) calls to tell him that Bo (Peter Reckell) has taken a turn for the worse and is dying. However, there seems to be one last hope (and we don't mean his mother) if he can get his hands on it.

There is a doctor who can provide experimental treatment to save Bo, but the doctor says there is nothing he can do. There is no way he can get this drug to Bo. Shawn is not willing to take no for an answer. He is the one who got his father into this mess, and he's going to get him out of it.

Shawn tells Steve (Stephen Nichols) that they need to steal the drug. After Steve failed on his mission to find John (Drake Hogestyn), will he be willing to embark on another dangerous mission to save his other BFF? If there's one thing Steve is, it's loyal to his friends. It looks like the race is on to save Bo Brady a decade after he allegedly died.
