Salem's soap within a soap heats up behind the scenes this week when Alex and Chanel pose for some steamy promotional photos. Johnny is immediately jealous of the chemistry he sees between his wife and Alex, a man she slept with once. In fact, Chanel had a threesome with Alex and Johnny's twin sister, Allie.

Johnny confronts Chanel about what he's been seeing between her and Alex, angering Chanel because, in her mind, it's just acting. She is devoted to Johnny and doesn't think of Alex in that way at all anymore.

While Body and Soul's director and star argue at home about what goes on in front of the cameras, two other leading ladies argue right in the studio. Bonnie and Hattie are horrified when they are wearing identical sequined gowns. When both of them refuse to give up their wardrobe, a catfight ensues with Stephanie, Kate, and Eric looking on.

Xander and Sophia make big moves

Although Sarah insists that she didn't see Brady's face behind the wheel of the car that ran her down, Xander still believes beyond a shadow of a doubt that Brady was responsible for the hit-and-run.

To that end, Xander gets hold of a gun, determined to exact revenge on Brady. However, he plans to make it look as if Brady took his own life. Xander feels he is doing the right thing, but his move could end his marriage—and land him in jail. If only he knew it was his own mother, Fiona, who was driving the car that fateful night!

At the Brady Pub, Eric and E.J. end up throwing punches. Holly refuses to talk to Eric and now finds E.J. to be a more appealing father figure, something Eric doesn't like at all.

Holly might want to check on Tate and her former bestie when Sophia makes another move on Holly's man. She is determined to tear Tate and Holly apart. Will she succeed?
