Johnny starts his day once again fearing what could happen between Alex and Chanel as they get into character for Body and Soul. He imagines all sorts of scenarios between Alex and Chanel that make him fear what lies ahead as Salem's soap opera comes to life in the hospital.

Johnny and Chanel already fought about this once, resulting in both going to bed angry, and Chanel taking off to see her mother the next morning. Johnny may have apologized, but that still doesn't mean he can control his jealousy.

Alex and Chanel didn't even want to do a love scene together but learned they had no choice. Unfortunately for Johnny, he is the one who has to direct his wife kissing another man.

What Johnny doesn't know is that Alex is not thinking of Chanel in that way at all. In fact, the only person he is really thinking about is Stephanie. She has been his friend and confidante as he's prepared to play his role on Body and Soul, but he said he wanted to take things slow.

However, that is easier said than done. When Alex and Stephanie share some steamy moments, will that be the wakeup call that Johnny needs? He has nothing to worry about when it comes to two actors doing their job because, off-screen, Alex clearly wants someone else, and she clearly wants him.

However, are Alex and Stephanie taking things too far too fast? They have been together before, but their last relationships might have done more damage to their emotions than either one realizes. At least if Alex and Stephanie hit the sheets behind the scenes, Johnny can finally calm down, right?
