Days of our Lives spoilers, October 30: Does Kristen have competition for Brady?

Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) was sure she would have the upper hand and be able to win Brady (Eric Martsolf) back when she blackmailed Xander (Paul Telfer) into having the charges dropped against Brady. When Brady was really found to be innocent, she hoped she'd done enough to help Brady that he would be forever grateful to her.

When Kristen spots Ava (Tamara Braun) and Brady spending some bonding time together, she fumes. She thought she would still have a clear path to Brady and now another woman is getting in the way.

Kristen is not even aware that Brady and Ava grew closer the night that Brady met Fiona. The pair commiserated over some drinks and discussed their sad love lives, but Brady ended up in bed with Fiona (Serena Scott Thomas) and not Ava. Perhaps it's time that Brady gives Ava another look. However, they both will need to watch their backs as Kristen is on the prowl.

Too late for Holly and Tate?

Now that Holly (Ashley Puzemis) has forgiven Eric (Greg Vaughan) and bid him farewell before he took off back to Paris to be with Jude and Nicole (Arianne Zucker), she knows her next step is making amends with Tate (Leo Howard). However, she is not quite sure how to approach him.

Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) gives her granddaughter some advice and encourages her to talk to Tate and clear the air. Holly still has feelings for Tate and wants to try again, despite the mess she made of things.

What Holly doesn't realize is that she may be too late. While she had been gone, Tate and Sophia (Madelyn Kientz) began spending more time together and admitted they had feelings for one another. Sophia is also done playing games with Tate and is being her genuine self with him, something Tate appreciates.

When Holly decides it's time to make her move, will it be too late? Tate looks like he is ready to move on and put the non-stop drama that is Holly behind him once and for all.
