Days of our Lives spoilers, October 25: Will Xander throw Titan away?

Xander (Paul Telfer) thought his and Sarah's (Linsey Godfrey) problems were solved when Brady (Eric Martsolf) was exonerated and set free. That was all Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) wanted in order to hand over Dr. Rolf's (Richard Wharton) latest miracle serum. However, Kristen moved the goalposts again since Xander didn't really do much to help Brady — in Kristen's mind, at least.

Now, Kristen wants something more, but Xander is not quite sure if he can give it to her. When Xander tells Sarah that Kristen wants him to hand over Titan, she tells him that he can't do it. This was his father's company, and Victor (John Aniston) would never want it to fall into enemy hands.

Yes, Sarah wants to walk again and was hoping that Dr. Rolf's serum would be the miracle she's prayed for, but she won't accept it if Xander has to pay such a high price.

If Sarah doesn't stop Xander, will his half-brother be able to do it? Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) returns to Salem with one purpose in mind — to save Titan from Xander and Kristen.

This is Philip's first time in town, knowing that Xander is his brother and not his cousin. When Xander and Philip were last in Salem at the same time, Philip left town with Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin), who had just broken off her engagement to Xander. There's no love loss between these brothers, and tensions are sure to rise.

EJ DiMera (Daniel Feuerriegel) once again uses his position as district attorney to further his own agenda. This time, he tries strong-arming Fiona (Serena Scott Thomas). After all that Fiona did, is there any reason EJ can't throw the book at her rather than play his usual legal games?

Could EJ be up to something covert? He tries getting Fiona to sign papers she doesn't feel comfortable signing. Will these papers throw Fiona in Statesville for life or does EJ have something else planned for Xander's mother?
