Chad (Billy Flynn) is devastated when Steve (Stephen Nichols) reveals the truth about the woman Chad just married. She is an imposter and not Abigail, after all. He knew something was up when this woman started lying right after the ceremony, but things got weird when Dr. Mark Greene (Jonah Robinson) showed up with a gun, intent on killing Chad. Thankfully, Steve got there before anyone ended up with a bullet in their chest.
Now, Chad learns the whole truth. The woman in front of him is actually Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord), daughter of Catharina Meleounis, making her Konstantin's granddaughter. It turns out that storyline is not behind us, after all. Konstantin lives on, thanks to a brand-new family in Salem.

Kristen has an offer
Xander (Paul Telfer) realizes his goal to get ahold of Dr. Rolf's (Richard Wharton) serum to help Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) walk again might be fleeting. Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) was willing to give it to him if he made sure Brady (Eric Martsolf) stayed out of jail, but now, Brady is free, and Sarah is still in a wheelchair.
Still, Xander is determined to help Sarah, even if they have to make nice to a mad scientist to do it. Too bad Kristen drives a hard bargain. She will never do anything out of the goodness of her heart. As expected, Kristen needs something from Xander, which means he may get himself in trouble again.
Every time Xander promises Sarah that he will walk the straight and narrow, he somehow manages to break that promise. Will Sarah go along with whatever Xander does in order to take a chance with Dr. Rolf?
