Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) and Xander (Paul Telfer) are relieved that they finally know who ran Sarah down and cost her the use of her legs. However, they are still emotionally reeling from learning the person behind the wheel was Xander's mother, Fiona (Serena Scott Thomas). Xander thought he and Fiona could finally have a real mother-son relationship, but all his hopes are now dashed.
Fiona is now at the Salem Police Station, but so is Brady. Sarah's statement that she saw Brady (Eric Martsolf) driving the car has done a lot of damage. Sarah tried recanting, but E.J. (Daniel Feuerriegel) refused to listen. E.J. is still being a hardhead about the matter, so Sarah and Xander pray that E.J. will do the right thing now.

Xander feels awful for how he treated Brady. He nearly killed an innocent man for no reason, so the last thing he wants is to see Brady behind bars.
A Parisian family reunion
FakeAbby (AnnaLynne McCord) already ran into Holly (Ashley Puzemis) at an outdoor Parisian café, so Holly is set to be her maid of honor when she marries Chad (Billy Flynn) in the apartment he once shared with the real Abigail.
Now, FakeAbby is about to have another reunion when J.J. Deveraux (Casey Moss) appears in Paris, ready to be there for his sister. He is thrilled to have her back in his life and will even be the officiant at the wedding.
Does J.J. even notice that something is different about the woman claiming to be his sister—and it's not just her face? Steve (Stephen Nichols) immediately knew she wasn't Abigail, and Jennifer (Cady McClain) found it hard to accept this woman as her daughter. Will J.J. figure out the truth before Chad marries an imposter? Or will it be up to Steve and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) to get to the truth?
