Days of our Lives spoilers, November 21: Did Dr. Rolf's serum do the trick?

What to expect on Days of our Lives

After Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) injected her with a very large needle containing Dr. Rolf's (Richard Wharton) latest magic serum, Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) was on pins and needles, waiting to see if the treatment worked. While she was told it could take several doses, Sarah is ready to try her legs, but as usual, there are roadblocks in her way.

One of those roadblocks is Kristen (Stacy Haiduk), the woman who offered the serum to begin with. Kristen originally believed this was Brady's (Eric Martsolf) ticket out of jail. When that deal fell through, she tried to get her hands on Titan. However, Kristen does not have anything she wants, and Sarah has a chance to walk again.

When Kristen confronts Sarah in her hospital room and makes threats, Xander (Paul Telfer) has to pull her away from his wife. Sarah is angry, but that doesn't mean she is ready to give up. Sarah is anxious to stand and see if her legs work. Does Rolf still have his mad scientist touch?

Holly (Ashley Puzemis) was thrilled that Tate (Leo Howard) rethought things and chose to reunite with her. She thought she had lost him for good, but Tate couldn't get Holly off of his mind and ended up breaking Sophia's (Madelyn Kientz) heart.

On Thursday, Holly sees a new side of Tate she rather likes. Does she see his kind heart as he worries about what he did to Sophia? After all, they slept together, and then he broke her heart just a few days later when he called the teen "Holly" by mistake.

Sophia is indeed heartbroken because she thought that she and Tate had a good thing going. After confiding in Ava (Tamara Braun) that she broke things off with Tate, Sophia needs someone else to talk to. After running into Holly and Tate in Horton Square, Sophia may see that the right boy has been there all along. Aaron (Louis Tomeo) is ready to be Sophia's friend, but could it turn into more?
