Days of our Lives spoilers, March 6: Does Alex get the wrong baby idea?

Here are your Days of our Lives spoilers for Thursday, March 6.

What to expect on Days of our Lives

Stephanie (Abigail Klein) does her best to keep Joy's (AlexAnn Hopkins) pregnancy test news to herself. While she hates hiding something from Alex (Robert Scott Wilson), she knows that Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) is right. She can't go giving Joy's personal medical information to people.

However, Alex is about to jump to the wrong conclusion about Stephanie, which can end up causing her a lot of trouble. Does Stephanie do or say something to make Alex believe she may be pregnant and not Joy? Perhaps Alex overhears a phone call that he shouldn't just as Stephanie did and just assumes Stephanie is talking about herself.

Joy might want to speak up soon and tell Alex the truth, assuming that she actually is pregnant. Sarah should have that news for her soon since rushing the test results is how Stephanie learned Joy's secret to begin with. If Joy really is with child, that will make the Titan work situation all the more awkward.

Jada wants the real Rafe

Knowing that the man she nearly married was really creepy conman Arnold Feniger leaves Jada (Elia Cantu) more confused than ever. Is the man Shawn (Brandon Beemer) arrested the real Rafe (Galen Gering) or is she still dealing with Arnold? For his part, the real Rafe has no idea who Arnold is nor does he have a clue who Rafe is. He is just a confused man who is now behind bars for no real reason.

Jada is determined to get to the bottom of things so she tries to jog Rafe's memory. Does she realize she is dealing with the man she loves or does she think she is trying to get Arnold to stop faking amnesia? Wouldn't it just be best to give this man a DNA test as well so everyone knows who they are dealing with?

Since EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) injected the real Rafe with Dr. Rolf's (Richard Wharton) memory-erasing serum, Jada might have her work cut out for her. If the dosage was off by just a hair, Rafe might never remember anything about his previous life.
