Days of our Lives spoilers, March 13: Johnny and Chanel unleash their anger

What to expect on Days of our Lives

Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Chanel (Raven Bowens) had such high hopes for the luncheon with Tate (Leo Howard), Sophia (Rachel Boyd), and Sophia's mom. EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) and Paulina (Jackee Harry) tried to be on their best behavior. However, EJ always has something he is hiding and some reason for people to come after him.

Johnny is absolutely furious at his father about what happened and keeps hearing more and more awful things about Arnold Feniger (Galen Gering). EJ already denied replacing Rafe with his doppelganger, but knowing the man raped Sami (Alison Sweeney) has Johnny up in arms. He confronts his father again and tries to get to the truth, but EJ won't break his poker face.

EJ defends himself, but that doesn't change Johnny's feelings. His father's skeletons always seem to come back to haunt him and affect his life in a negative way. When Johnny laments his feelings to Roman (Josh Taylor) and Kate (Lauren Koslow), he might learn something that he hates. Johnny knows his father has done some horrible things, but he can't be as bad as a man who raped his mother, right?

Paulina tries to make amends

Chanel also has a bone to pick with Paulina. She knows her mother put on a happy face despite the numerous problems she has with EJ, but it was clear the bickering was causing a problem. Then, it all fell apart when Jada (Elia Cantu) and Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) burst into the mansion.

Paulina does her best to apologize to Chanel and make things up to her. Mother and daughter have a chat in Horton Square where Chanel pours out her heart to her mom. She and Johnny just want to have a baby and something always seems to get in their way.

They believed that they finally had their chance with Tate and Sophia's baby and then their hot mess parents couldn't even keep it together for an hour and Sophia's mom nixed the whole idea. Will Paulina manage to convince Chanel that all she needs is to be patient and things will work out as they should? Plus, Chanel has no idea how much she will need to focus on her husband soon...
