What to expect on Days of our Lives

Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins) has been feeling less than joy about the prospect of being pregnant. She has felt light-headed, can't eat, is tired, and has had to run to the bathroom after just a bite of food. Joy rushed to the hospital for a pregnancy test despite being able to perform one in the bathroom like most women.
When Joy shares some news with Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and Stephanie (Abigail Klein), is she about to tell them she is pregnant or does she keep that to herself? Perhaps she is not pregnant at all and learns the poison she consumed is what's causing her issues.
Stephanie already knows that Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) had ordered a pregnancy test on Joy and feels she must come clean to Alex. Is she jumping the gun and does she get to Alex with news before Joy does? Either way, working together at Titan could become all the more awkward and interesting.
Xander and Philip take over

With new employees and two brothers who are getting along better than ever, it seems like Titan's star is rising, but Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Xander (Paul Telfer) could be in for a great fall. They believe their plan to take over DiMera Enterprises is going to work and Wei Shin is on their side. The Kiriakis brothers are determined to get one over on Kristen (Stacy Haiduk), but it will be easier said than done.
Meanwhile, Sarah still feels guilt over keeping the truth from Xander. Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) can tell that Sarah has something on her mind, but Sarah knows she can never tell her mother that Philip doesn't have any real claim to Titan. Only Stephanie knows and that is one too many.
As Sarah watches the bond between Philip and Xander deepen, she is not sure what to do. She loves seeing them get along, but it's becoming harder than ever to keep this secret to herself. Is Sarah ready to spill and should Philip start watching his back? Perhaps Wei Shin might want to back out of this deal now.
