Days of our Lives spoilers: Johnny jumps to the wrong conclusion

What to expect on Days of our Lives

Johnny (Carson Boatman) got an eyeful last week when he walked into an unlocked hospital room and saw Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) having sex. He just assumed Alex was having sex with Chanel (Raven Bowens), which couldn't be further from the truth.

Chanel is confused when she can feel her husband's distance. She had thought they'd gotten past his jealousy that had caused their first big marital fight. Johnny doesn't let on that he thinks he saw Chanel in a compromising position with Alex, but later, things go from bad to worse.

Johnny walks into the Body and Soul studio and spies Alex and Chanel rehearsing their steamy scenes. How much more can Johnny take before he loses it and tells Chanel that he is sure she is having an affair. Chanel didn't take kindly to his last set of accusations. She escaped to her mother's place to vent, and Johnny had to beg for forgiveness.

Paulina (Jackée Harry) encouraged Chanel to cut Johnny some slack. This time, it may be too late.

Friends...with benefits?

Meanwhile, Stephanie (Abigail Klein), the woman Alex was really in bed with when Johnny walked in, seems confused about who and what she really wants. She has been more aggressive with Alex this time around than he has been with her, but she is still getting over Everett's (Blake Berris) death, and Alex is still getting over his breakup with Theresa (Emily O'Brien).

They wanted to just remain friends, but things have gone too far more than once now. Stephanie and Alex wonder if they made a huge mistake becoming intimate. Will they decide to become friends with benefits, and will that lead to something more? They can't seem to stay away from one another, so Alex and Stephanie have a big decision to make.
