Body and Soul has been the target of sabotage for months. From the tainted cupcakes the day the rebooted soap premiered and the Lady Whistleblower scandal to Bonnie's (Judi Evans) fall, it's been obvious someone wants Body and Soul to fail — no matter who gets hurt.

Several Body and Soul players are whisked to the hospital on Wednesday after suddenly passing out. Steve (Stephen Nichols) is worried for Kayla (Mary Beth Evans), Chanel (Raven Bowens) is freaking out about Johnny (Carson Boatman), and Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins) are also down for the count.

Sarah becomes alarmed when Dr. Seth Burns (Bruce Beatty) collapses right in the hospital halls but has her hands full when the emergency room becomes overrun with fallen actors and crew members.

While it appears some of the victims recover quickly, that might not be the case for everyone. However, it looks like Abe (James Reynolds) may have solved the stalker mystery.

It finally hits Abe that the woman who introduced him to Body and Soul when he had amnesia in 2023 is the one responsible for this mess. While Nurse Whitley (Kim Coles) may have given Abe his love for this soap opera, she also tried to ruin his life with this delusional idea that she could pretend to be Paulina indefinitely and live out her days with Abe by her side.

Now that everything starts making sense for Abe, he and Paulina (Jackee Harry) visit Whitley and learn they are correct. Whitley has a wall of headshots with an X marking the spot right in her room in Bayview. She's been living there for well over a year after her psychotic break and does not seem to be getting better at all. Instead, Whitley appears to be in worse shape than ever before.

Will the conclusion to this stalker story be the conclusion of the Body and Soul story? Maybe Abe and Kate (Lauren Koslow) will realize this was a risky venture from the start that didn't at all turn out as they had hoped.
