Jada (Elia Cantu) knew there had been something off about "Rafe" (Galen Gering) for weeks, but she was ready to take vows with him anyway as she chalked it all up to pre-wedding jitters. However, she got her confirmation that all was not as it seemed when her groom suddenly announced he couldn't marry her.

At first, Jada is heartbroken and not quite sure what to say, but then she finds her voice and lets "Rafe" know exactly what's on her mind. How will the man calling himself Rafe explain himself? Jada is not taking this lying down and neither is Stephanie (Abigail Klein) as she comes to her best friend's defense.

The wedding turns even more chaotic when Shawn (Brandon Beemer) arrives and gives the guests yet another shock. Jada's day is about to get so much worse and infinitely more confusing. Will Paulina (Jackee Harry) be forced to take action as the mayor?

Meanwhile, the real Rafe remains holed up in the DiMera tunnels, wondering if the woman he loves just married the wrong man. Would he be happy to know Jada is now a mess because Arnold put a stop to it all?

Away from the drama at the wedding, Shawn and Belle (Martha Madison) find themselves at the police station, where they discuss everything that's happened over the last 24 hours. Both the bachelor and bachelorette parties turned wild, while the wedding was raucous and full of drama. Isn't that the way it always is in Salem?

Yes, but Shawn and Belle have one other thing to discuss, and his name is EJ (Daniel Feurreigel). Neither one of them knows that EJ is responsible for the mess at the wedding, but Shawn is well aware of what Belle did with EJ the night before.

Belle and Shawn are divorced now, so what Belle does is none of his business. That still doesn't mean seeing Belle with another man is a walk in the park for Shawn. How will Belle explain herself? She had vowed never to be with EJ again after the last time, but somehow, she couldn't resist a man who has hurt her family so much.
