Days of our Lives spoilers, February 26: Jada has a lot of explaining to do

What to expect on Days of our Lives

Stephanie (Abigail Klein) is stunned to see what Jada (Elia Cantu) had been up to in her apartment while she was dealing with "Rafe" (Galen Gering) trying to kiss her. Stephanie was trying to be a good friend as she came up with the perfect theory for why things have been off with "Rafe," but Jada was clearly moving on.

Jada attempts to explain herself while Shawn (Brandon Beemer) stands there dripping wet in a towel. Stephanie understands, but Jada is horrified, especially after Stephanie explains more of her theory. She is almost certain that the man who has been calling himself Rafe and doing all sorts of horrible things is really Arnold. That would certainly explain a lot, but it would also mean that Jada is the one who cheated on Rafe and not the other way around.

Shawn is also horrified because the real Rafe is his friend and was even his stepfather at one time. He doesn't want to think about having slept with Rafe's fiance when Rafe could be held hostage someplace.

A matter of trust

No matter how hard she tries, Belle (Martha Madison) can't seem to completely trust EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel). She has been enjoying her time with him and wants it to continue, but she also has a nagging suspicion that he is keeping something huge from her and it has to do with Rafe and Jada.

Meanwhile, Brady (Eric Martsolf) confronts Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) and learns more than he bargained for. He doesn't quite understand why EJ left Ava (Tamara Braun) at Aremid, but he can't wait to tell his sister what her new boyfriend has been up to with his new girlfriend. Belle will be incensed when she learns that EJ knew where Ava was and didn't tell anyone. Instead, he left her tied to a wheelchair and gagged.

This news puts a crimp in Belle's plan to try to trust EJ. She now knows she can't trust him at all, so what will she do about it? We're sure EJ does not want to find out.
