Days of our Lives spoilers, February 14: Will Holly's Valentine's Day dreams come true?

Holly (Ashley Puzemis) made sure to let Tate (Leo Howard) know she planned for them to take a major step on Valentine's Day. She hopes to make their time at the Horton cabin more memorable than last summer by making love for the first time. Holly is ready to lose her virginity to a boy who lost his to her former best friend.

As Holly prepares for the big night, Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) knows something is going on with her granddaughter and asks her if she plans to have sex with Tate that night. Holly is not quite sure what to say. She doesn't have her mother around to confide in, so maybe her grandmother is the next best thing.

However, Holly might have to worry about Tate. Sophia (Rachel Boyd) needs him again as they discuss their new adoption ideas with her mother. Will this meeting with Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) ruin Tate's night with Holly? After all, she still insists that Tate and Sophia marry to give the baby a proper home. That is something neither one of them is ready to do — nor does Tate want to do it. He only has eyes for Holly, something that Sophia hates.

As for Holly's new friend, Doug III (Peyton Meyer), he makes Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) happy on this day of love when he presents her with flowers. It's Julie's first Valentine's Day alone, and she needs all the good cheer she can get.

After spending some time in the hospital after becoming one of Nurse Whitley's (Kim Coles) Body and Soul victims, Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) is now on the mend and goes home. She finds a Valentine's Day surprise waiting for her when she gets there. Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Stephanie (Abigail Klein) pull out all the stops to make Kayla's day of romance better than she ever could have imagined.

At the DiMera mansion, Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Chanel (Raven Bowens) enjoy some breakfast in bed and revel in their reunion. They even give more attention to their next project — making a baby.
