What to expect on Days of our Lives
The last time we heard anything about Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) and his condition was in December when Hope (Kristian Alfonso) told her beloved comatose husband that Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) had died. She'd lost her Daddy and was in tears, but then Bo seemed to squeeze her hand to offer comfort and support.
Unfortunately, Bo showed no other signs of life, so Hope made it to Salem to say goodbye to her dad before returning to Bo's bedside in Greece. On Friday, Shawn (Brandon Beemer) is set to get a major update on his father that will set the stage for Bo and Hope's long-awaited return to the Salem scene next month.
Will Shawn learn that there has been an improvement in his father's condition? It would be such a relief to Shawn to know that Bo will be okay, considering he is the one who shot him, thinking he was protecting Hope. Perhaps Bo's condition will get worse before it gets better, taking Shawn to Greece to be with his mom. Maybe Bo needs to just hear Shawn's voice to bring him back to his family.
Rafe and Jada's fate
Thanks to Jada (Elia Cantu) sleeping with Shawn when she thought Rafe (Galen Gering) had dumped her at the altar, Rafe and Jada's relationship is in worse shape than ever. Rafe mistakenly believed that Jada had sex with Shawn again, so he slept with Sami (Alison Sweeney), setting forth a new mess in his life.
While Jada is grateful that Rafe was honest with her and confessed to his indiscretion, she realizes that they need to finally go their separate ways. Jada loves Shawn, but too much damage has been done, and she can't imagine ever marrying him now.

This is not what Rafe wants, but will he be able to talk Jada out of this decision? If Rafe and Jada are able to fall into bed with others so easily, maybe they were never meant to be. That leaves Jada available for Shawn when he might need her most...
