Both Brady and Chloe find being just friends challenging, as the bond between them continues to blossom

E.J.'s murky memories resurfacing could cause chaos for Clyde as E.J. awaits more help (and visits) from friendly counselor Belle

Jan may soon deliver something more than Belle's brother-in-law's case for the legal eagle to worry about

A worried Will has words with Johnny regarding Possessed, as the movie poses to do more harm to Marlena

Guilty Gwen finds herself struggling to keep her sordid secrets safe when put in the hot seat by an angry, inquisitive Abigail

The struggles are real for a torn, tormented Tony as Anna and Renee's rounds of arguments are putting him in a tough position

Maggie is put in a tough position, too, as Xander's consumed with concern and wants Sarah to be committed

Having learned from T.R.'s exes Beth and Paulina about the appalling crimes T.R. has committed, an enraged Eli goes after the problematic producer

Troublemaker T.R.'s time in Salem becomes more turbulent when confronted by Eli over his past (and not-so-distant past)

Tensions are high as T.R. gets put on notice by Eli, but their confrontation takes a chilling turn when gunfire erupts

Terrible T.R. quickly flees the crime scene, and Eli is left for dead after the bullet blasted him in the head

A chance encounter may turn out to be Eli's only chance to survive, as a shocked Lani and Shawn stumble upon his motionless bloody body

Lani immediately attempts to help her husband while Shawn calls to report Eli's gunshot wound to the head

Eli's whisked away to Salem University Hospital, but his condition remains grave as his loved ones gather to support him (and one another)

Both Abe and Paulina are there for their daughter, while Valerie soon arrives from DC to support her son
