Chanel might be just as smitten, as she's eager to share her story with Allie, who's reaction is rather telling

Allie is elated to catch up with twin, Johnny, and E.J.'s just as happy to paint a picture of his son joining him at DiMera Enterprises

While the family business is big enough for another DiMera, Chad may not be so sure the corporate life is in the cards for Johnny

Johnny wonders about his mother's whereabouts, while Allie's increasing concern about Sami leads her to John and Marlena

As Sami's whereabouts remain a (growing) mystery, Nicole is certainly shocked to see E.J. asking for her assistance

Rafe can't refuse a friend in need, and needing some comfort, Nicole uses his shoulder to cry on once more

A gleeful Gabi agitates an already anxious Ava by insinuating her beau and bestie might have something budding between them

An unsettled Ava assumes Rafe isn't being real with her, while Rafe remains a bit rattled by his feelings

Though Paulina's usually the one delivering the surprises, Paulina's mother, Olivia, rattles her by showing up on her doorstep

It doesn't take long to realize the apple didn't fall far from the tree, as dynamo Olivia is quick to shake, rattle, and roll her daughter into a flustered frenzy

Lani's reunion with Olivia goes much better than Paulina's, but Olivia isn't exactly being forthright with her granddaughter

While Olivia forbids Paulina from divulging sordid family secrets, Jack wants his daughter to divulge all her secrets

Still, Gwen and the truth aren't exactly best friends, so journalist Jack remains steadfast in his plan to expose her entire story

Gwen weighs her options, but Xander isn't the happiest camper when Shawn cuffs him and sends him to the clink

Shawn burst onto the scene at the cabin along with Theo, and Ben begins to explain things to Salem's finest

Meanwhile, Ciara must explain her memory return to Theo and that their wedding is officially called off

Though he always knew Ciara might regain her memories and return to Ben, it still hits Theo hard, nonetheless

Heartbroken over his failed marriage attempt with Ciara, Theo leans on his father like never before

Theo realizes that he must start anew outside of Salem, while Ben and Ciara enjoy a steamy restart to their life together

In fact, Ben and Ciara's refound happiness prompts him to propose they remarry as soon as they return to Salem

Before the wedding bells ring again for Ben and Ciara, he feels obligated to fill her in on his friendship with Claire
