Vivian continues to hope the death bells toll for Kate as a heartbroken Lucas must face his mother's diagnosis

Kayla and Lucas look at Kate's grave condition, and he's faced with having Kate's fate in his hands

Lucas wonders if Julie will live if Kate dies and has Kayla see if Kate's heart could possibly be donated to Julie

Lucas and Will prepare to say goodbye to Kate while Julie's loved ones learn with hopeful hearts that Julie may obtain a new one

A heartsick Will wants Vivian arrested and appeals to Rafe, but it's Gabi who's in the hot seat when Will questions her about the shooting

Vivian questions Stefan's choice in women and suggests that Eve would be a much better match than Gabi

Gabi isn't so thrilled by Vivian's marital meddling, while Brady and Sarah bond, comparing notes on the chaos Kristen concocted

Still, Brady can't get Kristen out of his head, but a supportive Sonny seems to have a solution (and his cousin's back)

A frustrated Jack and J.J. feel like they're going in loops as they search for Jennifer, who's being held captive

Luckily, Jack has an aha moment while Jennifer attempts to hoodwink Henry in hopes of escaping

Jack eventually makes his way to Jennifer, but madman Henry continues to hold her at knifepoint

It's a fight for life when Jack and Henry struggle, and it all ends with a shocking revelation...
