Eve attempts to regroup after her sordid schemes were exposed, and Sarah finds herself regrouping a little, too
Sarah's staggering slip of the tongue continues to send shockwaves through Salem, and Rex is ready to rumble...
Eric meets Rex's fist the hard way when the Brady brothers come to blows over Eric's feelings for Sarah
Rex isn't the only one riled up by Eric and Sarah's duplicity, and that puts Sarah squarely on Kate's bad side (not the place to be)
Rex decides Salem isn't the place for him and hightails it out of town, leaving his life with Sarah behind him
Sarah seems to waste little time in telling Eric exactly how she feels about him, and she hopes he feels the same way
Though uneasy about the way things played out, Eric readily returns Sarah's feelings, which is sure to disappoint an optimistic Xander
Gabi's feelings for Stefan are complicated, as she can't decide if she loves to hate him or hates to love him
Still, Gabi's web of deception runs rampant in the DiMera home, and she uses her new position to her full advantage
Gabi seemingly gets what she wants at a stunned Stefan's expense, but a little guilt might make her rethink her marriage
Temptress "Nicole" finally seduces Brady, leading Kristen to think about letting Brady in on her charade
Overthinking Kristen decides to keep up appearances as Tony continues to waver on his commitment to "Nicole"
In fact, Tony doesn't love a charade and wants to end his sham of a marriage, especially since Anna remains the only woman in his heart
Anna's heart seems to have always beaten for Tony, but things may have changed when she returns to Salem
A terrified Kate believes she's seen another dangerous, not-so-dead DiMera in the form of Andre, and she collapses
Kate eventually learns that she spotted Tony (not Andre) as Hope comes at Kate, expecting to learn a thing or two
Kate attempts to keep up her cover story as a heated Hope interrogates her about her time in the tunnels with Ted
Things begin to boil over when Ted, Kristen, and Tony find themselves in a hot exchange, eventually leading to Ted's untimely death
Cunning as ever, Kristen comes up with a plan to ensure Ted's passing doesn't darken her doorstep...
That is, if Kristen can rid herself of some pesky evidence without being caught by anyone, of course
Kristen expects Ted's demise to do maximum damage, especially to Stefan, who finds the body at a rather inopportune time
A shaken Stefan states his innocence as the Salem police department arrests him for the murder of Ted Laurent
Gabi is shaken up by Stefan's arrest and, though still unsure of her feelings for him, remains sure that her new husband isn't a murderer
Hope is sure that there is more to the case than meets the eye and, with a watchful eye, surprisingly spots some sparkling evidence
