As Julie lays in critical condition at the bottom of the stairs, a stunned Gabi goes into panic mode, wondering what to do next

Sonny and Chad quickly make it to Julie's side in an attempt to save her, but she seems to have something to say

Still, Julie is in no condition to make a report and is quickly whisked away to Salem University Hospital

At the hospital, Doug is distraught by Julie's condition as the doctors attempt to save her life

Also concerned, Hope and Jennifer show their support by being with Doug as Julie's life remains on the line

Julie's tumble also takes a toll on Claire and Ciara, who decide to give peace a chance and band together for Julie's sake

Gabi's concerns about what happened to Julie are amped up when she's questioned by Eli and Lani

Gabi isn't all that forthcoming with the truth as she paints a different picture of what happened for Eli and Lani

Gabi finds herself face to face with a fiery foe while Abigail must expose her "Gabby" deception to Kayla

Realizing that Stefan is making more and more demands of Gabby, Abigail prepares an exit strategy
