Lucas remains alarmed by Chloe's sudden change of heart about Mexico and decides to hire Black Patch to track her down

Kate couldn't disagree more with Lucas regarding Chloe, and the two once again butt heads about his ex-wife

Captive Chloe, meanwhile, attempts to learn more about Mateo from fellow prisoner Theresa, but other information is exchanged...

Theresa isn't overjoyed when learning that Brady has moved on with her big sister, Eve; in fact, Theresa is livid

Chloe and Theresa realize they have to work together to escape Mateo's grasps, but then Xander Kiriakis shows up, and the game is changed

As a terrified Theresa faces Xander, Victor faces the difficulty of not being able to share the secret of why Theresa really left Salem

As Brady's medical condition worsens, visions of Theresa enter his mind, but Eve is the one at his bedside when he wakes

While walls begin to fall between Brady and Eve, feelings start to creep up between Eli and Lani as they bond over the baby and their breakups

The bonds between Sonny and Paul take another blow when a seething Sonny discovers Paul has been digging into Leo's life

Sonny and Leo continue bonding -- so much so that Leo plants one on Sonny, despite Sonny's declaration that things need to remain strictly business

After sharing her angst over Andre's betrayal with Marlena, Kate discovers Vivian's ties to Leo are legit, after all

It's a clash of the divas when Kate meets face to face with Vivian and explains that she knows all about Vivian's schemes with Andre and Leo

Vivian attempts to deny Kate's accusations, but when she can't, Vivian suggests a truce and that they take down Titan together

Not trusting Vivian any further than she could throw her, Kate promptly rejects Vivian's proposition, and the two continue to squabble

Things become so heated between Kate and Vivian that Vivian draws a gun, and the women begin to struggle for control of it

The gun goes off as Kate and Vivian skirmish, leaving Vivian wounded and a concerned Kate to clean up -- more so cover up, her tracks

While Kate goes into crisis mode and evades Rafe's interrogation, Stefan awaits news as Vivian is rushed into surgery and fights for her life

The death bells tolls for Vivian, who succumbs to her injury, but a mysterious person injects Vivian's body with a needle

Will is still full of questions about what was in the needle that was injected into his "dead" body and brought him back from the brink

Will gets some new information, which he shares with Paul, but they're both blown away when Roger turns up in Salem

Roger gives Will and Paul the dearly departed and dastardly Dr. Rolf's journal in hopes that it will contain the answers they're looking for

While Will and Paul cozy up as they read through Dr. Rolf's journal, more Salemites learn of Abigail's struggles with DID

Jennifer and J.J. as well as Gabi learn of Abigail's alters, and Hope lends Rafe a supportive shoulder to lean on

Abigail leans on Chad as she attempts to come to terms as to what's been happening to her, but she might not be ready for the truth

Delighted that the real Abigail has returned, Chad and his wife share a special reunion, but the good times won't last...

Chad is there for Abigail as she begins to remember the night of Andre's murder, and she finally does learn she killed him in self-defense

Abigail also learns more about her alters, who also reemerge as Abigail discovers the truths about her missing time

Abigail presses Chad for information about "Gabby" and, more so, the extent of Gabby's relationship with Stefan

A concerned Chad attempts to fill in the blanks for Abigail, but he doesn't share everything that happened between Gabby and Stefan

Meanwhile, Stefan wants nothing more than to be reunited with Gabby and gets his wish for one fleeting moment to say goodbye
