3 BIG Days of our Lives Takeaways, March 10: Danger for Ava, Surprises for Theresa, Angst for EJ

On the Monday, March 10, 2025, episode of Days of our Lives, Rachel Blake let loose on Ava, Tate gave Theresa an update, and EJ had some angry visitors.

Days of our Lives highlights

Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) was alarmed as soon as she noticed that her mother was missing, but not as alarmed as Ava (Tamara Braun) when Rachel Blake (Roslyn Gentle) turned up in her room brandishing a knife. Despite being grateful for Ava (Tamara Braun) not pressing charges, she still wanted Ava out of the way so that Kristen could have Brady (Eric Martsolf).

Rachel wasn't even afraid to use the knife and slashed Ava across her hand before Kristen finally arrived and got her mother to drop the weapon. Rachel became hysterical, a scene Brady witnessed when he burst into the room. However, he also had to deal with a very angry Ava.

A BABY?!?!

Theresa (Emily O'Brien) was saddened to hear that John (Drake Hogestyn) was missing, but the real shock came when Brady mentioned a snag with "the baby." Theresa's reaction made it clear to Brady that Tate never told his mother that he was going to be a father, so Brady made a quick exit to allow mother and son to talk.

Theresa immediately assumed that the baby was Holly's (Ashley Puzemis), but Tate explained that he got Sophia (Rachel Boyd) pregnant and they wanted to give the baby up for adoption. Like Sophia's mother, Theresa was completely against the idea and went on to cite unsuccessful adoption stories throughout Salem history as reasons to keep the baby in the family.

Innocent EJ

Rafe (Galen Gering) was stunned to hear that Arnold had taken over his life for three months. He never imagined that he had been gone for so long. Rafe's heart broke for Jada when she told him that Arnold dumped her at the altar after EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) planted evidence showing Jada (Elia Cantu) as a crooked cop.

Jada and Rafe knew that EJ had to have been behind everything so they headed to the DiMera mansion to confront him. As always, EJ played innocent and acted like he had no idea what they were talking about. So, Rafe decided he would beat the truth out of EJ and went on the attack.
