3 BIG Days of our Lives Takeaways, February 27: Amnesiac Rafe, Heartbroken Belle, Angry Ava

On the Thursday, February 27, 2025, episode of Days of our Lives, Rafe had no idea who he was, Belle learned more truths about EJ, and Brady tried to reason with Ava.

Days of our Lives highlights

Shawn (Brandon Beemer) and Jada (Elia Cantu) didn't buy it when the man they thought was Arnold (Galen Gering) claimed he wasn't Arnold, he wasn't Rafe, and he had no idea who Rafe and Arnold were. Shawn arrested him and took him to the Salem PD where he continued to claim he had no idea who he was.

While Shawn was on the verge of believing this man, Jada was sure this was Arnold and wouldn't even entertain any other notion. Meanwhile, Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) took the DNA sample she snatched from Arnold's head to Kayla (Mary Beth Evans), who would use Gabi's DNA to see if there was a family relation between the two.

Belle's bad news

After laying into EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) and telling him that she planned to prosecute him for helping keep Ava (Tamara Braun) hostage, Belle (Martha Madison) ran to her mother to lament her plight. She felt so foolish for believing she could have some sort of relationship with EJ even after he told her that he would never change.

Sadly, Marlena (Deidre Hall) had more disturbing news for Belle. She was with Kayla when Gabi came to her about the DNA sample. Marlena had to tell her daughter that EJ might also be responsible for the mess with Jada and Rafe because he kidnapped Rafe and replaced him with an imposter. Belle wondered why she continued to make such poor romantic choices.

Brady does some begging

Brady (Eric Martsolf) knew Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) was right when she told him that CPS would take Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) away from them if they knew what the little girl was up to at Aremid. He reluctantly went to Ava and pleaded with her not to press charges against Kristen. Ava promised to leave Rachel's name out of things, but Brady was sure that wouldn't work.

Ava still refused to budge and wondered if Brady was just trying to subconsciously help Kristen and was using his daughter to do so.
