3 BIG Days of our Lives Takeaways, February 13, 2025: Shocking discoveries and confusing chaos

On the Thursday, February 13, 2025, episode of Days of our Lives, EJ was in for a big surprise, Jada had enough, and Philip feared for his life.

The second to the last thing EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) expected to find at Aremid was Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) tied to a wheelchair with a gag in her mouth. Then, the last thing he expected to find was a ghost — namely the Woman in White, aka Rachel Blake.

EJ was about to rescue Ava when Rachel Blake appeared and took him aside. She knew all about EJ's captive, Rafe, and she promised not to say a word as long as EJ kept his mouth shut about Ava's whereabouts. EJ realized he had no choice and left Aremid with Ava in the same position she was in when he got there. When he returned to the DiMera mansion, EJ informed Kristen that he'd just met her mother.

Arnold drives Jada to drink

After finding "Rafe" smoking a cigar behind "his" new desk in the police commissioner's office, Jada told Arnold that he wasn't the man she thought he was all this time. She had no idea how right she was when she told her former fiance goodbye for the last time and took off for The Brady Pub.

That's where Jada tossed back some shots and ranted to Shawn about the sorry state of her life. That led to Shawn ranting about Belle sleeping with EJ. Drunk Jada was horrified and warned Shawn that Belle might have been lying when she said it was a one-night mistake. Jada remembered seeing Belle happily enjoying breakfast in the DiMera living room that morning.

Xander makes a big move

Working with Xander while waiting for the other shoe to drop is eating away at lying, duplicitous Philip. As he talks to Victor's portrait and rationalizes forging that letter, he imagines Xander threatening to kill him after learning the truth. When Philip returns to reality, Xander is standing right there in friendly form.

Even Sarah is shocked when Xander suggests that Philip move into the Kiriakis mansion because he is family. He reasons that the DiMeras all hate each other but live together, so why can't the Kiriakis clan do the same?
