On the Monday, February 10, 2025 episode of Days of our Lives, Kristen reunited with her mother, Jada and Shawn grew curious, and EJ made new plans for Rafe.

After three decades of thinking that her mother was dead, Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) learned Rachel Blake (Roslyn Gentle) had spent years not far outside Salem in Aremid. She didn't want to burden her family, so she kept herself hidden all this time. However, when Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) arrived, she knew it was time to reveal herself.

Kristen let her mother talk her into keeping Ava (Tamara Braun) hostage. After all, they couldn't have the police finding out that Rachel was an accomplice in a kidnapping. Kristen completely agreed. So, she allowed her mother to keep Ava at Aremid for her daughter's sake — or at least that is what she told herself to alleviate her own guilt.

More bad news for Jada

Jada's (Elia Cantu) life went from bad to worse when Shawn (Brandon Beemer) gave her the news that Rafe was police commissioner again. She couldn't believe that the man she planned to marry the day before had not only left her at the altar, but he's also taken her job.

As Jada kept repeating that Rafe was not himself, a lightbulb seemed to turn on in Shawn's head, but it told him the wrong thing. Shawn wondered if Rafe's coma had changed his personality. Maybe this was the first step in Jada and Shawn deciding to finally get to the bottom of what's really been going on with Rafe.

Rafe's new home

After Jada almost caught him in the tunnels right outside the room where he'd been holding Rafe, EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) knew he had to do something drastic. So, he injected Rafe with something that would make him unconscious.

EJ then placed Rafe in a body bag and dragged him all the way to Aremid where he is bound to run into the Woman in White. With Rafe and Ava both held hostage by DiMeras and the DiMera-adjacent, will the ex-lovers find a way out of this mess on their own? Will Kristen's not-so-dead mother survive this time?
