Days of our Lives comings and goings: Three stars return as a double wedding begins

Expect both surprises and returns as two pairs plan to marry on Days of our Lives.

The double wedding week has arrived on Days of our Lives. Sarah and Xander, and Alex and Theresa walk down the aisle with some familiar faces as wedding guests, according to this week's DAYS promo video.

Zach Tinker brings Sonny Kiriakis back to Salem to attend his brother's wedding. Although Sonny and Alex no longer believe they are biologically brothers, they were raised as brothers, so Sonny is there for Alex when he marries Theresa.

Not to be outdone, Theresa also has a sibling home for the occasion. Colton Little returns as Theresa's big brother, ISA agent Andrew Donovan. Christopher Sean's Paul Narita joins his boyfriend, Andrew, but has a serious talk with his brother Brady before the wedding begins.

Paul tries encouraging Brady to tell Theresa how he feels about her before she marries Alex, a man she is marrying for money he doesn't even know he's not entitled to. Theresa realized she still had feelings for Brady when they recently slept with one another. Brady has suggested to Alex that Theresa is mainly after Alex's alleged inheritance.

Tinker was last seen in Salem in September of last year for Victor Kiriakis' memorial episodes. Victor's death was written into the story following actor John Aniston's passing. In addition to his role on Days of our Lives, Tinker has played Fenmore Baldwin on The Young and the Restless.

Little's last DAYS appearance was in December when Andrew learned his sister kidnapped Sarah's baby as a favor to Konstantin. Andrew thinks Theresa was just trying to repay Konstantin for being kind to her in Greece. He has no idea she helped Konstantin fabricate "evidence" that Alex was Victor's son, when Xander is the real long-lost heir.

Sean was also last seen in Salem last fall when he returned to meet his grandfather, Timothy Robicheaux, played by Daytime Emmy winner Dick Van Dyke.
