DAYS recruits Brit soap star Noah Huntley for its Peacock spinoff

Days of our Lives: Beyond Salem has cast Pandora star and Emmerdale alum Noah Huntley in the role of Lord Sebastian Alamain.

Days of our Lives fans are just one week away from the premiere of the NBC soap opera's spinoff, Beyond Salem, and there's still big casting news coming from the exciting limited series. According to Soap Opera Network, actor Noah Huntley has joined the Peacock drama as Lord Sebastian Alamain.

As fans saw in the first-look trailer released by the streaming network last week, Beyond Salem will be an action-packed special event that will delve into the recovery of a precious jeweled artifact called the Alamainian Peacock, which was stolen in 1991 and has fallen into dangerous hands. No additional news about Huntley's character has been revealed, but considering he shares part of the name of the priceless peacock, one can assume Lord Sebastian will play an important part in the five-episode drama.

DAYS' Beyond Salem is Huntley's first foray into the American soap opera world, but the U.K. native did star on the British soaps Emmerdale (as Luke McAllister from 1993 to 1995) and Holby City (as Will Curtis from 2004 to 2005). Some of his other credits include Drummonds, Ruth Rendell Mysteries, The Royals, Free Rein, Pandora, and the 2019 Lifetime film Harry & Meghan: Becoming Royal.
