The actress took to Instagram with the exciting engagement news, which she details in a live video taken during a family meal in Miami.
"He got down on one knee, there were tears in his eyes, and he did it!" she enthuses, adding that Aquino -- whom she's been dating since early 2012 -- chose a custom-designed gold ring for his bride-to-be and proposed at the Prez Art Museum.
