Check out the teaser trailer for The Ravine, an upcoming film starring Kyle Lowder (ex-Rex Brady and ex-Brady Black, Days of our Lives; ex-Rick Forrester, The Bold and the Beautiful) alongside Teri Polo (ex-Kristin Larsen, Loving) and Leslie Uggams (ex-Rose Keefer, All My Children).
Fans who have been missing daytime alum Kyle Lowder (ex-Rex Brady and ex-Brady Black, Days of our Lives; ex-Rick Forrester, The Bold and the Beautiful) might not have to wait long to see him on their screens again. The actor is starring in an upcoming film called The Ravine, and he just shared a sneak peek preview.
Lowder took to Instagram with the movie trailer, writing, "Truly grateful to be a part of this film and to work with people who are making such an extraordinarily positive impact in this world. We look forward to sharing this powerful story and message with you all."
The Ravine -- which also stars Eric Dane, Peter Facinelli, Teri Polo (ex-Kristin Larsen, Loving), and Leslie Uggams (ex-Rose Keefer, All My Children) -- follows a group of friends who are blindsided by news that someone they trusted has committed a terrible crime. In their quest for answers, they fall on hard times but ultimately must turn toward faith.

The Ravine was adapted from the novel of the same name by Robert Pascuzzi. A release date for the movie has yet to be announced, but filming began in New Orleans last November.
Lowder took on the character of DAYS' Rex in 2018 after a thirteen-year absence from the soap (he previously played the role of Brady Black, which was taken over by Eric Martsolf in 2008). Unfortunately, Rex didn't prove popular with fans, and Lowder was let go from the NBC series in 2019. The actor also starred on The Bold and the Beautiful, where he played the character of Rick Forrester from 2007 to 2011.
