What do you get when you mix Days of our Lives alum Jen Lilley (ex-Theresa Donovan) with Paris, wine, and romance? Absolute magic! And that's why her new Hallmark film Paris, Wine & Romance is must-watch television.
Any film that stars Days of our Lives alum Jen Lilley (ex-Theresa Donovan) is good, but her latest Hallmark film Paris, Wine & Romance is trs bien. After all, how can you go wrong when you put one of daytime's most beloved stars in one of the world's most beloved cities?
Lilley went on location to film the magical rom-com that stars the actress as Isabella, an ambitious new owner of her family's Oregon winery whose dream of becoming world-renowned takes a big step forward when she enters a prestigious wine competition in Paris. Upon arrival, Isabella meets her biggest competitor, Jacques (Dan Jeannotte), who's from one of the world's foremost winemaking families. When Jacques becomes impressed by Isabella and her expertise in wine, a budding romance develops between the pair. However, as the results of the competition are announced, Isabella believes Jacques badmouthed her wine and returns home, heartbroken. When Jacques discovers what upset her, he seeks to win her back, even if it means leaving behind his beloved winery. Will he succeed in reigniting their Paris romance?
Lilley took to Twitter when she began filming Paris, Wine & Romance at the end of March, sharing some photos from her French adventure.

"Bonjour and good morning from my latest Hallmark Channel movie in Paris," she captioned one, while the other snap of her with a Parisian statue was captioned: "What are we doing exactly?"
Lilley also shared some Paris snaps on Instagram, with one post featuring her Paris, Wine & Romance costar Jeannotte, and the other featuring the actress biding France adieu.
Though being in Paris must have been a magical experience for Lilley, it was also tough for her to be away from family. The actress shares two little boys with her husband, Jason Wayne, and as Soap Central reported in March, she's currently pregnant with a little girl.
