Passions stars reunite at DAYS

A "bring your husband to work" day for Days of our Lives star Chrishell Hartley (Jordan Ridgeway) led to a reunion for former Passions stars Justin Hartley (ex-Fox Crane), Galen Gering (ex-Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald), and Eric Martsolf (ex-Ethan Winthrop).

A lot of zany things have happened on Days of our Lives, but soap opera fans know that the true crazy happened on the now-defunct, over-the-top NBC soap opera Passions. But is crazy what you get when you mix up familiar faces from DAYS' Salem and Passions' Harmony? The answer is yes -- crazy awesome!

Current Days of our Lives star Chrishell Hartley (Jordan Ridgeway) invited her megastar husband, This Is Us actor Justin Hartley, to visit the set of the NBC soap opera, and the magical moment wasn't just fun for the couple. As daytime fans know, Justin used to star on Passions -- as did DAYS' Eric Martsolf (Brady Black) and Galen Gering (Rafe Hernandez) -- so Chrishell couldn't resist snapping a photo of all three former Harmony residents together again.

"It's bring your husband to work/Passions reunion day!" she captioned the photo of herself posing with the three Passions alums.

Hartley played the Passions role of Fox Crane from 2002 to 2006 before going on to primetime series like Smallville and Revenge. He joined The Young and the Restless as Adam Newman in 2014 but left the CBS soap in 2016 to take on the role of Kevin Pearson on This Is Us.

Eric Martsolf played the role of Passions' Ethan Winthrop from 2002 until the show's cancellation in 2008, at which point he joined DAYS as Brady Black. His other credits include primetime series like The Other Hef and Extant.

Galen Gering played the Passions role of Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald from 1999 until 2008. After the series was cancelled, he joined DAYS in the role of Rafe Hernandez.

As for Chrishell Hartley, she got her start in the daytime industry as All My Children character Amanda Dillon, which she played from 2005 to 2011. She joined DAYS as Jordan in 2013 but left the NBC soap in 2015 before taking on the short-lived role of Y&R's Bethany Bryant in 2016. Hartley made the decision to re-join DAYS last year and just made her return appearance on February 4.
