We're not sure what's cooler, the fact that Days of our Lives star Bill Hayes (Doug Williams) has just released a documentary chronicling his awesome life or the fact that it's available for fans to watch entirely for free.
The film, titled World by the Tail: The Bill Hayes Story, follows the 91-year-old actor's life and history in the entertainment industry. "It all started with my grandson, Dave Samuel, who wanted to put this together just for the family, so that my children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren will know what I've done," Hayes says to TV Insider. "But I'm so thrilled with the result, I want everyone to see it!"
DAYS fans will be especially happy with the documentary, which features the actor's absolute honesty about some of the show's terrible writing, as well as interviews with Salemites Deidre Hall, Drake Hogestyn, Kristian Alfonso, Matthew Ashford, and Hayes' costar and wife of 44 years, Susan Seaforth Hayes.
