According to IMDb, General Hospital alum Rob Derringer (ex-Kyle Sloane) has joined Days of our Lives.
Scooter the sex addict will soon be arriving in Salem -- if you believe a Days of our Lives casting call that was sent out earlier this year. And General Hospital's Rob Derringer (ex-Kyle Sloane) will be playing the character -- if you believe IMDb.
The world's largest Internet movie database has the actor listed as playing the NBC soap's upcoming character in 2017, though the show itself has kept mum on casting details.
However, the IMDb info isn't the only piece of this puzzle that is making fans buzz about Derringer's possible future with the show. Back in September, the actor posted a photo of himself reuniting with DAYS' A Martinez (Eduardo Hernandez) -- a post that went largely unnoticed, until now!

As previously reported, Scooter is described as a male between the ages of 35 and 40 who is a handsome, eccentric, elitist math professor who loves sex a bit more than the average person. The principle role supposedly began taping in September -- just around the time Derringer posted his Martinez reunion photo.
A rep for DAYS has yet to respond to Soap Central's request for comment.
