Tabloid claims DAYS' John Aniston is ill, feuding with daughter Jennifer Aniston

Reports indicate that Days of our Lives star John Aniston (Victor Kiriakis) is not only sorely disappointed with his daughter, Jennifer Aniston, but he's also on the verge of death.

The tabloids seem to always be attacking Jennifer Aniston, but this time her dad, Days of our Lives' John Aniston (Victor Kiriakis), is also caught in the crosshairs.

Radar Online reports that the father/daughter team is currently at odds. The reason: John is allegedly "heartbroken" that he won't be getting a grandchild from Jennifer as his health continues to decline.

"John has been on pins and needles for Jen to announce she is pregnant ever since she married Brad Pitt in 2000," an insider said. "But when they divorced five years later without having kids, those dreams were dashed... It took Jen a decade to find another Mr. Right -- her current husband, Justin Theroux -- and now she fears she's probably too old to conceive."

Of course, all of these claims should be taken with a grain of salt. Jennifer has faced intense pressure from tabloid and gossip publications for years over not becoming a mother, and this is likely just another angle to keep the buzz going now that the former Friends actress is happily married.

As for John Aniston's health condition, a rep for DAYS reminds Soap Central, "As a matter of policy, we don't comment on our actor's personal lives." However, a show source tells us that the story is totally fabricated.
