Shortly after news broke that Wally Kurth (Justin Kiriakis) and Judi Evans (Adrienne Johnson) had been taken off contract at Days of our Lives, Kurth took to social media and confirmed the news.
Fans were a bit stunned yesterday when About.com broke the news that Days of our Lives stars Wally Kurth (Justin Kiriakis) and Judi Evans (Adrienne Johnson) had been bumped down to recurring status just months after being placed back on contract. The information remains unconfirmed by the team at DAYS, but Kurth took to social media and addressed the status change.
"News sure travels fast these day. I just heard yesterday afternoon [about] my Days status. Woke up and heard it again on Twitter," he wrote, going on to assure fans that he won't be going anywhere... at least not anytime soon. "I'm still in Salem. Still the DA. Still working. The show is really good and I'm still having fun. Remember, it's called show Business."
Both Kurth and Evans joined DAYS in 1987.
