The former daytime star is headed for primetime.
It's only been a couple of months since she was last seen in Salem, but former soap star Chrishell Stause (ex-Jordan Ridgeway, Days of our Lives; ex-Amanda Dillon, All My Children) has already found post-soap opera success.
The actress took to Twitter to announce she'll be appearing on Mistresses, the ABC drama that her real-life beau, The Young and the Restless' Justin Hartley (Adam Newman), has also been a part of.
"Excited to fly to Vancouver at the end of the month," Stause wrote. "Details to come."
In addition to Hartley, who plays Scott Trosman on the primetime soap and will be returning this summer, Mistresses stars Alyssa Milano, Rochelle Aytes, Yunjin Kim, and Jes Macallan. Season three of the series premieres on Thursday, June 18.
What do you think about Stause landing a gig on Mistresses? Would you rather see her make a return to daytime? We want to hear from you -- so drop your comments in the Comments section below, tweet about it on Twitter, share it on Facebook, or chat about it on our Message Boards.
