Despite an Internet report, Lisa Rinna (ex-Billie Reed) has still not confirmed that she is returning to Days of our Lives.

Last week, TVGuide.com reported exclusively that Rinna had been approached by show executives.

"Yes, I have been made an offer, and we are talking," Rinna told the web site.

A return to DAYS, however might not be as easy as it sounds. In addition to a possible return to DAYS, Rinna is also working on another project.

The television newsmagazine, EXTRA, recently reported that Rinna was in talks to host her own talk show on the SoapNet cable channel. Rinna confirms that she tested for a spot on the talk show - tentatively called Soap Talk - but indicated that she will not know if she landed the part until sometime next month.

If Rinna does take part in the talk show, it could severely limit the amount of available time she has for work on DAYS.

Talk that Rinna would return to DAYS first surfaced in July 2000. At that time, Rinna has recently given birth to a daughter and it was said that she wanted time to be a mom before thinking about returning to work.

When contacted, a DAYS spokesperson declined to comment on Rinna's possible return. The spokesperson also declined to comment on Rinna's announcement that she had been approached with an offer.
