Last week on Coronation Street, from July 29th to August 2nd, was filled with even more drama, which is no surprise. There were a few key moments throughout the soap last week and we are here to help give you a rundown before another week of drama and even more tears.

Let's take a look at what you missed last week on this British soap opera.

Lauren Bolton faces danger in Coronation Street

Lauren's week was filled with more heartbreak and danger after she was mugged outside of a police precinct. The mugger stole Lauren's phone and gave her belongings to Joel as he attempted to kill their unborn child. His plans may be working, as Lauren experienced severe stomach cramps and collapsed in her flat.

Luckily, Max found her just in time and helped her. It's unclear what Joel has in store next, but it's clear he won't give up without a fight.

Did the Websters commit arson?

The Websters are facing even more drama as Kevin and Abi are accused of committing arson last week on Coronation Street. Stefan is still holding onto deep fake videos of Abi and it's clear both sides have unresolved tension and hatred. Because Stefan's office was set ablaze, it's clear Kevin and Abi are the number one suspects.

Abi's alibi left Kevin wondering if she could possibly be capable of committing the crime, but luckily, the pair were both cleared of any wrongdoing.

Beth and Betsy's counterfeit operation

Rumors are circulating that Beth may be leaving Weatherfield after her recent criminal activity. Beth and Betsy have been sewing fake designer labels onto t-shirts and their operation may be upended. Beth hands her son Craig an envelope of cash to keep hidden, but is horrified to discover a box of their counterfeit t-shirts have gone missing.

Kirk decided to take the box and load it onto a van, but will Carla catch Beth and Betsy red-handed?

Rowan goes after Amy

Rowan has set his sights on Amy as his next target. He has learned of her grandmother's inheritance and is determined to get his grubby hands on her cash. Using flirtatious tactics, he is aiming to get closer to Amy to ensure he has the opportunity to swindle every last penny from her account.

Leanne is left watching and feels her jealousy rising to the surface. Rowan uses incriminating evidence against Nick to extort over £20,000 from him. Rowan has evidence of Nick's affair and also evidence he was behind Rowan's assault. Will Rowan be caught or will he continue stealing money from all the residents in Weatherfield?

What's next?

We're unsure what could be on the horizon for the residents on the cobbles, but it's clear nothing stays quiet for long. With a lot of dramatic storylines in motion, only time will tell who will be caught for their wrongdoings and who will literally get away with murder.

Coronation Street airs on ITV and ITVX.
